Before founding Next Step Career Coaching, I spent a decade hiring diverse talent for some of the top brands in the world, including the State Department, DHS, Nest, and Google. And before that, I was not just a first generation college graduate, but high school graduate.
Two years ago, I decided to make a new career helping people instead of companies and founded Next Step Career Coaching.
