Hi, I'm Kendell--a career coach, recruiter, and chainbreaker. Before founding Next Step Career Coaching, I spent a decade hiring talent across the country for some of the top brands in the world, including the State Department and DHS on the east coast, as well as tech leaders and startups here on the west coast.
